Isaiah Stroebel
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Isaias Stroebel is the founding director of the ministry Hands on Missions Brazil (HOMB). Since its founding in 2000, he has served Hands on Missions Brazil (HOMB) as a Bible study teacher in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. He has also ministered as an interpreter for American missionaries.
Approximately a decade ago, Hands On Missions (HOM), from North Carolina in the United States of America, invited brother Isaias Stroebel to be its coordinator in Brazil and in 2024 invited him to be part of its honorable board in the United States. Isaias lives with his wife and two children in the city of Itapevi, São Paulo, Brazil. He attends the Bethel Baptist Church in the same municipality.
Marcos Roberto
CO-FOUNDER
Marcos Roberto da Costa is co-founder of Hands on Missions Brazil (HOMB). When the Lord led Brother Isaias Stroebel to start Hands on Missions Brazil (HOMB), this ministry had from its beginning the strategy of teaching Bible study classes in English. It was then that he invited Marquinhos (That's what brother Isaias calls him.) to help him in this HOMB ministry, which he immediately accepted. Marquinhos, who was already studying and speaking English at the time, started serving Hands on Missions Brazil by playing and singing praises in English with his keyboard. He was a fundamental instrument on God's part to encourage brother Isaias to always remain firm and not give up in some difficult moments that HOMB went through. Marquinhos has been a great blessing in this ministry. He is an interpreter and has become a great and dedicated preacher of the Word of God every day. He is married and lives with his wife and son in the city of Itapevi, São Paulo, Brazil. He attends the Evangelical Church of Itapevi (IEI) where he is an excellent and dedicated keyboard player and preacher of the Word of God.
